Sangha Study takes place weekly in Mendham, New Jersey.

• Day: Every Sunday
• Time: 9.00 am - 10.30 am

Meetings include the study and discussion of spiritual classics.

During the second quarter program, sessions will focus on The Words of My Perfect Teacher by the great Paltrül Rinpoche.

Sangha Meditation takes place weekly in Mendham, New Jersey.

• Day: Every Sunday
• Time: 10.45 am - 11.45 am

Meetings include Dzogchen breathing exercises and meditation.
